带式输送机主要运行阻力测试装置的设计

摘要: 设计了一种能够测试带式输送机主要运行阻力的测试装置,介绍了测试装置的总体设计及其平台搭建基础、加载系统设计、测试系统设计,并介绍了该测试装置的试验方法,最后进行了误差分析和重复性测试。测试结果表明该测试装置能够模拟不同直径的托辊、输送带的类型、载荷、带速对主要运行阻力的影响,为降低主要运行阻力及输送机的能耗提供了相应的参考依据,而且为间接测试输送机的压陷阻力提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract: Abstract: A test apparatus with belt conveyor is developed for the main running resistance. When different idlers, vertical load, belt speed, style of belt are employed between the idler and belt, it can simulate the influence of different conditions on the main running resistance. As a result, it provides the references for reducing main running resistance and energy loss. What’s more, it is beneficial to measure the indentation rolling resistance indirectly.
